Some may say it’s my calling, but helping others has always been my burning passion. Since I can remember, those closest to me have said I’m “easy to talk to.” As a wife, mother, and therapist, I know firsthand the struggles of life.

Mental health awareness is something close to my heart, especially in my community. As your therapist, I break down topics in the simplest form so that I can meet individuals where they are. Because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; I tailor my techniques to fit your unique needs.

I work with teens and adults in individual and group settings. My specialty is working with people who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, those going through life transitions, and providing a safe space to talk.
